Clever ideas for extracting energy from biomass

This principle idea has been motivating the Mawera team since 1975 – with success. Originally oriented towards woodfuel, the company is now a leading international manufacturer of combustion systems based on biomass.

Tailor made Mawera system solutions

Application areas for Mawera combustion systems are the generation of high and low pressure hot water and steam, or process heat via thermal oil (CHP systems). Even boiler room container systems are available as part of the Mawera product range.

Mawera combustion systems

The type of fuel and other customer-specific requirements determine the type of combustion system. Mawera offers double grate underfeed combustion, flat moving grate combustion, direct firing systems and special combustion systems – all also available as low NOx versions to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions.
