We have been building industrial biomass boiler systems for energy production since 1975. Biomass fuel is subject to fewer price fluctuations than fossil fuels and makes a key contribution to a thriving future thanks to its sustainability and CO2 neutrality. We are looking to expand our team with:
In-house sales technical support person
Your duties:
- Contact person for our customers in all service matters (100% office work)
- Preparing offers, processing service and replacement part orders
- Support in the event of customer problems
- Optimisation of our systems via remote maintenance and telephone
- Close cooperation with the Control Systems, Purchasing and Engineering departments
- On-call service for telephone contacts outside of business hours (rotation)
Your profile:
- Concluded technical training programme (apprenticeship / vocational college / UAS)
- Professional experience in a similar activity, ideally in the area of customer support
- Customer-orientated and solution-focused working style
- Reliability and willingness to work hard
- High interest in technology, including commercial activities
- Pronounced service orientation and team focus
- Communication, conflict management and organisational skills
- Very good MS Office skills

Employment is subject to the collective agreement for the iron and metal-working industry. The actual salary exceeds that of the collective agreement. It is based on qualifications and work experience and orientated towards the job market in Vorarlberg.
